Clients accept the following conditions:

• 1 - On completion of the reservation, all conditions are to be considered clarified.
• 2 -The deposit, paid two days before the reservation, is non-returnable and included in the final bill.
• 3 - Name and date of stay must be noted on bank transfers to help identify payments.
• 5 - When payment is confirmed, the booking is guaranteed on the part of C.B.Pensión Candelaria and, in turn, by the client making the booking.
• 6 - Payment, by cash or credit card, must be made within three days of arrival, at the latest.
• 7 - Arrivals at apartments must be before 4 in the afternoon and apartments must be vacated on departure day before 11 in the morning.
• 8 - Cancellation fees: Non-returnable deposit.
  30 to 90 days before reservation dates: 50% of the total amount payable.
  1 to 29 days before reservation dates: 95% of the total amount payable.
